Mercy is a fresh, fun energetic, British-born Nigerian TV and Radio presenter. She has established a strong reputation mainly in Nigeria where her distinctive style has captivated audiences.  She is also in demand for red carpet shows, product launches and film premieres. 

 Mercy has honed her skills over the last 10 years presenting live as well as pre-recorded shows. She is versatile, adaptable and always able to work to the clients desired brief. Mercy is always ready to meet a challenge head on with a solution first mindset.

 Music, fashion and entertainment are her first loves, which is why she was asked to present the prestigious African Fashion Week. Mercy has been presenting TV and Radio shows between the UK and Nigeria, and can be found on a variety of fresh shows including: Nigeria’s Next Top Designer, 3 seasons of the weekly Fashion Fix, as well as anchoring both Arise Africa and The Morning Show.

 In April 2020, Mercy began production of her Instagram talk show, ‘At Home With Mercy Ajisafe,’ where she interviewed celebrities such as: Falz Da Bahdguy, award winning Nigerian rapper, Vice President of Programming and Production at Viacom/BET International, Ms Ava L. Hall and renowned musician, Seun Kuti reaching live audiences of 15K.

Mercy is currently working as an Entertainment Presenter on 5News for Channel 5, Continuity Announcer on BBC1 & BBC2, host on the weekly talk show Noni for Yanga, which was awarded TV Black British Broadcaster 2019 Screen and as a correspondent for Arise News.

 Mercy continues enhancing her skillset completing her MA in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Westminster in 2021. Mercy has also worked as a model for brands such as, Marks and Spencer and Boux Avenue.
